Is Explorer really free?
Yes — free for good after a 7-day Navigator trial. It has monthly limits on the parts that cost us to run, like on-demand searches and QuickMatch, and the app always shows you where you stand.
What does Navigator add?
Someone working on your behalf. On Explorer you do the hunting: search everything we've gathered, run your target 1x a week, see each company's overview. Navigator goes out every night across every direction you've set, reads each company in full, and has new matches waiting in the morning.
How does the Navigator trial work?
When you start Navigator's trial we take a card, but you're not charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you are never charged. We'll remind you before that happens. One trial per account.
What happens if I cancel Navigator?
You keep Navigator until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Explorer. Nothing is deleted — your targets, matches, tracker and files all stay. Explorer follows one target at a time; the rest are inactive until you pick one or come back.
What does "founding member" mean?
Join during beta and the launch pricing shown here is locked in for as long as you keep your plan. No surprise increases when we open to the public.
How does billing work at launch?
Monthly or quarterly, billed per navigator. Quarterly saves 20%. You can change or cancel any time — we don't do lock-in or cancellation mazes.
Do you offer student or hardship pricing?
Yes. If cost is the only thing standing between you and finding aligned work, reach out and we'll figure it out.
Is my data used to train models or sold?
No and no. Your profile is used to power your matches and nothing else. See our Privacy Policy and Security pages for the full detail.
